Mohd Suhaimi Fariz 2 Report post Posted April 10, 2017 For those who said KA is an improvement/not a downgrade from CX, we might see KA 320/321 paying KUL a visit soon. 5 times a day on those narrow body or getting subbed for a 1-clas 320. CX group loves frequency more than capacity. Correct me if I am wrong, but is this the first regularly scheduled KA 320/321 into PEN? I honestly don't get the Asian aversion to flying 3-6 hour flights on narrowbody aircraft. I really don't.

As long as is comfortable and entertained I.e Amber legroom and good ptv, it is acceptable to travel in narrow body. I will trade narrow body private jet with wide body commercial anytime. No. It's not bad flying 5-6 hours on an A321. But the problem is what's inside the plane. The 320s aren't fitted the same as KA's 330 (and not to mention, CX 33E/K and 77W). Craig 0 Report post Posted April 12, 2017 (edited) Meaning MH's product to HKG will now be better than KA MH is now back to using the 330 for HKG Yes and they are marketing it as such "only flat beds between KUL and HKG". And I think they are considering of upgauging a second flight to the 333 as well. OT: The 9AM-ish DPS flight will be upgauged to the A333 next month. Sii Lw 0 Report post Posted April 16, 2017 BA is fast becoming like Ryanair.... I have not travelled with FR for a few years, so I can't make a real comparison. From my memories flying with FR, BA's service after their cost cutting measure for their shorthual/regional flights is still better than FR, though there won't be any actually perks in purposely choosing to fly with BA anymore, unless you're holding BA "atas" card. Maybe you can compare with my recent travel with BA here: https://www.youtube.com/edit?o=U&video_id=sCWdCv4N4sE
