Waiping 12 Report post Posted May 27, 2009 Wah lau eh Scheduled is it ? As opposed to those seasonal charters by CZ ? Is it Shenzen-BKI vv ? (please excuse ignorance of written Chinese ) Sorry my bad. Should have translated to English. It says fly direct to Shenzhen from BKI and 11 July is the inaugural flight. Thereafter schedule flights on every Wednesday and Saturday. Price RM790 inclusive return air ticket, airport tax and fuel surcharge. Unfortunately other darker print can't see even on the newspaper itself.

BC Tam 2 Report post Posted May 27, 2009 Thanks for the updates waiping and Andi I suppose the travel agent(s) must have their market for the charter flights At rm790, does it compare favourably with what AK is offering ?

A tad more expensive I believe but I think Shenzhen is not a budget airline.

Waiping 12 Report post Posted May 28, 2009 An A321 flew off from BKI around 14:20 today From underbelly view, could be Trans Asia Is the airline still flying ? Charter?
Isaac 0 Report post Posted May 28, 2009 An A321 flew off from BKI around 14:20 today From underbelly view, could be Trans Asia Is the airline still flying ? Yes. This airline is still operational. Charter? Last time it was a scheduled chartered flight, just like those flights to TPE operated by FAT (Far Eastern Air Transport) using 752 and Uni Air using M90. But i thought Transasia Airways have stopped the flight to BKI for quite a while ?

But i thought Transasia Airways have stopped the flight to BKI for quite a while ? Actually it's a bit of disappointment that they (FAT, Uni Air, TransAsia) only cater for inbound charter flights, leaving us to MH to fly BKI - TPE direct.
