Newitt 0 Report post Posted November 19, 2017 Fair enough, I don't really pay too much attention to MH anyway. Why are you on the thread then? The seat from a spy. Those seats have been in there in the FMB for God knows how long now along with some really lightweight full and half size beverage carts sample units... Mushrif A 3 Report post Posted November 20, 2017 I need better proficiency with google search "FMB" yielded 'Financial Mediation Bureau' - obviously the mystery deepened Well, if one keeps on flying in First or business just to look rich and charging the tickets to the credit card like theres no tomorrow, it wont take very long for the outstanding balance to grow and grow until one can no longer afford to pay the minimum due. For such folks, the FMB maintains one set of economy class seats to bring such folks back to reality and to condition them to appreciate that travelling in steerage is not a death sentence. Kenneth Chong WT 0 Report post Posted November 21, 2017 31" in Y? 😱...I don't think that's comfortable for the long range the 350 flies...
Mohd Suhaimi Fariz 2 Report post Posted November 21, 2017 31" in Y? ...I don't think that's comfortable for the long range the 350 flies... If it's slimline, you do get more space.
Mohd Azizul Ramli 2 Report post Posted November 22, 2017 31" should be the same pitch as BA's B789 to KUL.
Chris Tan 0 Report post Posted November 22, 2017 31" in Y? ...I don't think that's comfortable for the long range the 350 flies... For such a price-sensitive market like Malaysia, they can only compete based on price. People might say what a difference an extra inch or two of pitch can make, but most are just going to end up booking the cheapest option. They also have to create a discernible difference between Y and Y+, where the people who are willing to pay for comfort will end up in. If it's slimline, you do get more space. Sadly slimline seats are also quite uncomfortable as they tend to have less padding. Can't have it all, I guess.
Mohd Suhaimi Fariz 2 Report post Posted November 22, 2017 Sadly slimline seats are also quite uncomfortable as they tend to have less padding. Can't have it all, I guess. In my experience at least, slimline seats can be comfortable - that is, the Recaro seats installed on QR & KL.
BC Tam 2 Report post Posted November 22, 2017 I hope that isn't the finished product they have on display - I see no USB ports nor power sockets But I do see that dreaded IFE box
Rabloo 0 Report post Posted November 22, 2017 (edited) More info from the spies at the MH Rumour Department: It will leave TLS on the 29th and most likely arrive in KUL on the 30th, depending on the time it departed from TLS. The 'rumour' is pretty accurate though Edited November 22, 2017 by Rabloo

flee 5 Report post Posted November 22, 2017 I think that Y+ will be necessary if u r over 180 cm tall. I can't see how tall people can ever become comfortable in Y seats on a thirteen hour flight.
