As i know This B744 is not belong to other airlines operating carrier, but this B744 is belong to the official goverments of Japanese (Prime minister)

The Emperor and Empress have been using these B744 too on official tours, they are not exclusive transport of Japan's Prime Minister.

Japan has two of these VIP B744s and sometimes they will send two B744 at the same time eventhough the VIP will only be on one of them.

There was also EVA Air...

I believe it was a BR coded flight but operated by its sister airline, UniAir. UniAir used to have scheduled chartered flight several times a week between BKI and Taipei along with Far Eastern Air Transport (FAT) and Transasia Airways. If my memory serves me correctly, i am pretty sure there were some scheduled chartered flights between BKI and KHH as well.

BKI,Sun - 3 refugees were given a 2 hour political asylum upon an "illegal" landing into Kota Kinabalu. The 3 illegals apparently took a flight from KCH before landing into Kota Kinabalu International Airport. After a quick "interrogation" with the relevant "authority", the 3 were "put" on a Fokker 50 flight back to KCH. Authority's are indecisive whether to charge them as they did not seemed to break any immigration law, unlike a particular government servant on board a Brunei carrier a few weeks ago who didn't seemed to have his passport stamped on 2 occasions when he left KCH and BWN, thus confusing the Immigration officer in BKI. The Director General of Immigration when contacted, said that he doesn't condoned the ideal of "fun flying" as it is considered a "national threat" to the country.
