I was taxiing out om MH 631 to SIN when I saw a big lumbering aircraft on 02 downwind. She swooped in front of me just before I reach the holding point. She comes down very low, about 5 ft but didn't touch down. and then she departed again, towards SDK fling close to the mountain. I believe she would then proceed to TWU before going back to BWN.
