Hope Chinese Sabahans will create more songs out of Xin An Hakka - the majority dialect for Sabah. Sad to learn that Xin An 新安 (Bao An 寶安) Hakka dialect is declining in Hong Kong and Shenzhen, but hope it is still thriving in Sabah. I am certainly doing by part by teaching my children this wonderful dialect Other Hakka clips from HK movies - hilarious (Compare HK Hakka dialect with Sabah you get 90%+ similarity) http://v.youku.com/v_show/id_cc00XMTQxNDMwNTY=.html http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v5hQ_QJvMLs Edited February 26, 2009 by S V Choong

Waiping 12 Report post Posted March 2, 2009 Hi guys. 1 March marked a special occasion as Tiger Airways launched their inaugural SIN - BKI flight and BKI spotters were there to cover the event, albeit on the sideline. After some discussion with the gang we decided to split out to cover the event from different angle. I reached T2 at 1100 and the tarmac was empty with only a few corporate jets, as if the "prey" knew the predator was coming. An empty tarmac awaited the Tiger. At 1110 the welcoming party arrived. After some not-so-chun spraying last time it's a good idea to test first. Finally at 1125 flight TR482 arriving from SIN-city. The customary shower, or "sai-chan" in Cantonese. At 1205 flight TR483 initiate push-back for its' flight back to SIN. There was some hold-up soon after as 3 MH B737 landed before flight TR483 was able to proceed to take-off, some 30 minutes later. Good bye, Tiger...
