Norman 1 Report post Posted June 28, 2006 As not to disturb the Annivesary Spotting Day thread since a few more participants on that Saturday haven't posted their catches yet.... So I open a new thread for the "next" day activities... I went spotting with my sidekick, Syakir (after he finished his homework) Jonathan, Yong and Pieter was already on the Obs Hill when we arrived.. So here are our photos.. BTW, Syakir insisted to post his pictures first... Taken using the trusted Pana FZ5 with Leica Lens... SriLankan was lining up when we arrived.. His nose shots... He'll shoot back if somebody try to shoot him.. His view of Uncle Pieter... His view of a "Real Emperor".. and what is MalaysianWings to him... and his favourite aircraft of all.. Hopefully Jon, Pieter or Yong could post their earlier "good catches" too here...

As usual, Emperor resting comfortably in the Air-con cabin while all of us slaving outside the hot sun Thai noon arrival One more shot before we break for lunch in Cowboy town

Looks like you have a very close partner then.Send my regards to him Will do, Tamizi... thanks What do you think if I put O*** H*** like this? **es **ll ? My skill is below Norman junior I am sure, have to get a chance to learn a lesson from him, Uncle Norman, may help to ask for a lesson? Your shots are awesome already, Sneeze.... I'm not worthy to become your teacher You know what? I am always failed(outfocus, fail of panning) to capture on those CX's pencils, never know the reasons. <_> As mentioned in anotehr thread... B773 is a long aircraft difficult to get everything in focus when you've limited DoF... Try to use smaller aperture, like f/18 or so... but watch the shutter speed. For panning try use below 1/200s for your shutter and continuous shooting Out of 10 shots, maybe could use 2... --
