Chaity 1 Report post Posted March 9, 2009 (edited) Sorry Simon. I was in Penang for a meeting. And I stumbled upon Jason who was on nite stop while u all were shooting at weather. I flew back yesterday at 1600. When I boarded November at 1545, that Bravo that KS and Syed shot earlier had just arrived. Note the Union Jack on starboard winglet. Picture not so good as I used a calculator. And my plane's window was out of focus. Hehe Azahan, this should be your flight from PEN yesterday. Were you seated in a window seat somewhere near the engine under the the character Y of title malaysia? Edited March 9, 2009 by Chaity

Pieter C. 5 Report post Posted March 9, 2009 Thanks a lot for sharing, guys !!! Seems, you had a wonderful day with great weather plus the two ah-mois....hmmm you sooooo lucky !!! Hope the ladies will write/publish an 'understanding' article about what aircraft-spotting is really about; they didn't think of it as a 'weird' hobby at all ? Once, it's published, please do post it here @ MW too (for all the foreign members to enjoy as well)...
Waiping 12 Report post Posted March 10, 2009 (edited) Wah, looks like Syed really enjoying. Just a thought. Anyone mentioned about our upcoming annual gathering? Maybe not a bad idea to extend an invitation to the two reporters. Edited March 10, 2009 by Jonathan Kong

Hopefully, they will produce a positive article I still remember a long long time ago ...early 90s One Sarawak local paper interviewed amateur spotter at 07 about the spotting hobby At the end of the article, they concluded the hobby is only for stupid people ..
