Possibly a RAAF C-17, nine F/A-18 & a C-130 will be arriving BWH probably today or tomorrow. My first posting on this forum having only recently joined. Saw 4 F/A 18s with what looked to be long range tanks over the Batu Ferringhi area earlier this afternoon. Managed to snap the last before he disappeared behind my building. Sorry for the poor image quality.
MIR 2 Report post Posted October 8, 2010 (edited) Good catch, Laurie! Hrmm..looks like a F/A-18A,could be a RAAF. Have a look out for RAF jets too, hope that they send their Panavia Tornados again for this year's exercise Edited October 8, 2010 by MIR
LaurieB 0 Report post Posted October 8, 2010 MIR, thanks. Tornados would be nice. Will have to keep the eyes open over the next few weeks. I see on another forum that the RAAF's first A330 tanker is scheduled for delivery within the next few weeks. Would be a nice catch if that comes through here. KK Lee 5 Report post Posted November 18, 2010 Ready to disembark the passenger In most countries, retired PM is a civilian; don’t have privilege to use gomen’s facility. However, if they are appointed to company, they will use the company’s facility as per contract.
Raymund Yeoh 1 Report post Posted November 18, 2010 I thought as long u no longer with gomen...not entitled to use goverment facilities .....?
M. Sofian H. 0 Report post Posted November 19, 2010 FYI, the ex-pm still can use the gomen facilities only for official task that given by gomen but it limited. Like Tun Dr M and Tun Abdullah, after they retired the only have 2 bodyguard and etc. TQ same like 'skim pencen', u will receive the salary after retired but half saja laa.. Same like PM, after retired, the benefit will be limited.
