On Job Training

Recommended Posts

Its pretty interesting having OJT (On Job Training) in SZB. I could see marvelous things that i cant see everyday. Here are some which I would love to share:

Line 10 - During the Hari Raya week, many are off for holidays. I, however, prefer to work overtime. Here's Malaysia Airlines Boeing 777-2H6/ER, 9M-MRI, the week before something happened...

Her cockpit, blurry huh~?!

100_8740.jpg

Huge?

Refueling for EGR (Engine Ground Run)

100_8748.jpg

Prepare for Ground Run!

100_8752.jpg

Notice the tornado? Yeah...its EGR time!

100_8760.jpg

Left wing...just imagine the Rolls Royce power!

100_8763.jpg

Eventually, the whole plane was vibrating vigorously during the run. Marvelous stuffs!

The next day, I was posted to Line 7, where the big-little-Saudi Arabian Boeing 747SP-68, HZ-AIF was undergoing Heavy Maintenance Visit (HMV). Juz arrived the day before. Check out...

It looks like a parking Giant Blue Whale

Rolls Royce again! :p

100_8796.jpg

Short but huge!

Okie, datz it for now. Will get some more interesting photos in future! Whoever got any HMV or EGR, do post up, okie! Merry Christmas! :p

Thanks for the great pictures Jerry. I like the 'tornado' ones. Saw the same thing during takeoff on an A330. I always wonder how / why such a phenomenon occur.

Thx sam, i was quoting one of the A&C guys. I'm doing E&I.

Anyway, i'm always careful with my digicam. As a wallaper, i'm always very alert of my cam...so far i've got over a hundred shots already, and i always find the right time & place to click click! Dont worry Sir! And dont report me ok... :) Hardly see any pics from u lately...
