Ignatius 4 Report post Posted November 12, 2007 I don't think there's the need to use An225 for the sole purpose of ferrying Heli's, unless you are transporting Chinook types of heli size ekkeke....

S V Choong 4 Report post Posted November 13, 2007 (edited) Does it mean the An-225 have to park at the runway? From Radzi's pics it seems like they parked it at the runway to offload the cargo(?) B4 巨无霸 ju wu ba = big until cannot compare because is the biggest You could simply translate this as "giant". By the way, McDonald's Big Mac also carries this name "巨无霸" when they are sold in the Greater China region Edited November 13, 2007 by S V Choong

Pieter C. 5 Report post Posted January 31, 2008 Some nice shots there, Rayner Love the DHT in MASwings colours: suits them very well... Good to hear you enjoyed your ride on Foxtrot-Pieter Wow, lot of new development going on around MYY airport; can remember in 1998-2000 period, when landing there, it was 'in the middle of nowhere'...just look at all the new housing areas now, even to the South of the airport

Shorter runway back then, and small terminal as well. Too bad no personal photographic record.
