Irni Mastura 0 Report post Posted April 21, 2009 Irni and Michael Chai, hardly seen both of you in the forum let alone spotting in KUL. MWings 4th anniversary is getting near. Since living in Nilai (since August last year), I've been without internet at home, plus work pretty much occupied my time. I am still using my [now slightly faulty] digicam so usually its not worth doing leisure spotting, let alone a serious one. But I get tiny doses by watching planes while driving on my way to or from work, so that kept me satisfied a bit (though its mostly AK planes that I saw.. can't be picky, so seeing the photos you and other spotters post will usually result in me grinning like a Cheshire cat). Usually in long absence there will be pages and pages of new posts to catch up so I usually ended up lurking most of the time I get to spend on MW. CX, Dynasty and loads of AK. Quite often to spot those AK specials too. Simon, Anet screeners are on voluntarily basis. They too have their proirities in life. I would say not an easy job. May 1 is a holiday. I am sure quite a few spotters will be at KUL to unwind. Start requesting for some special traffic now ..... Since 1000th is such an occassion, I sit down and quickly look thru those photos. Besides some rare visitors, some common ones in special occasions made it to my list. 4 T7 MAS tails from Oscar Hotel 4x777 Spotted this lucky shot while RajC came to KUL A330 moon My favourite subject, Curry Express came on a rainy morning. Spotted this with Yong in WS. Curry Breakfast Another lucky shot while spotting alone on a Sunday Rain Caught this not long ago when a bunch of spotters in WS Smoky ! Enjoy! Hmmm Pieter, I have never thought of that calculation. Now you point it out, I couldn't believe it myself too.
