  15. Received email from the MH's Chief Privacy Officer today about the PDPA today. I would like to ask whether this is a common job portfolio, the CPO? First time encountered it, but I am not in corporate field. Moments later, I had dirty thoughts
  16. Even more Zen than the already Zen ex branding
  17. It's official - the MAHB CEO mentioned to the press a few days ago that the longest track to boarding gate is 1.6km. With only 2 travelators - at least one of which was not functioning during my recent trip.
  18. The taxes and surcharges on redemption ticket for HKG-KUL had only been raised recently to HKD 660. About a month ago it was around HKD 370 total if my memory serves me right
  19. For leisure travel, I wear pants with belt with plastic buckle - many outdoor clothing and climber pants comes with such belt. You definitely need those hikers pants for the long track upon arrival. Arrived at KLIA2 second time last Sunday and was extremely disappointed, which I didnt experience the first time I used it. Long elevator up upon embarkation. Very very long walk to immigration in wide walkway, aircon temperature was pretty hot even before hike. The lone 25m long dinosaur decided to take a nap that day. Then long elevator down to immigration. Upon arrival at customs, confusing and sempit space. A silly staff was there to direct traffic and tried to trick me into exceedingly long foreigner's lane. After sempit autogate clearance, a jungle of retail in more sempit spaces. Luggage claim area made more sempit by thousands of parked trolleys.. sweating buckets by now.. suffocatingly sempit sempit sempit ! All this while I was thinking, who designed this terminal? Is it so complicated to design a simple and functional terminal with current design technology? Why the clutter?? I could excuse a 30-40years old terminal for being difficult to navigate, not this new terminal. Then again, Changi T1 was opened in 1981 yet remained one of the best to pass through. Morning rant done, back to work :-)
