Vietnam Airlines operates 11 ATR72, currently 2 ATR72 to be wet leased by Cambodia Angkor Air (Brand new airlines joining between Vietnam Airlines and Cambodia government). Currently VN uses 2 Fokker 70 on domestic route from VVTS - VVDH -VVTS and the other on Indochina route from VVNB - VLVT - VDPP - VVNB. I don't think VN will change to livery color.
