Raj Changela 0 Report post Posted April 26, 2009 Few shots from yesterday. Finally got the "GAROUH". My nephew's evening flight to India Them new 330s looks great... notice the Triple (just past GRIMM) on climb that departed 13Right. How sweet to hear ATC "NW change of plans, now expect VOR DME 22 Left approach, change heading to Right 060" And in 5 short minutes we get the new Delta baby BA's 6th of seven flights from Heathrow as the gorgeous sun sets. For those familiar with JFK area, BA179 is passing 1200 AGL about 12 DME and just commencing right turn over the Aquaduct Race Track for VOR Rwy 13 Left approach. Cheers, Raj C

Pieter C. 5 Report post Posted October 8, 2009 Great shot of the 346 !!! Hope to see her too next month (in PEK)... Hope you had a good trip 3 different 717's and you even threw an EC130 flight into your schedule !!! Looking forward to your TR, but can you reveal to us already what long distance flight was better: AA or BA ?
Cornelis Boersma 0 Report post Posted October 9, 2009 ... What long distance flight was better: AA or BA ? As I prefere 747 above 777 you'd say BA, but I feel service was better on AA, so definitely AA for me! BA wasnt bad, but pretty regular.
Cornelis Boersma 0 Report post Posted October 11, 2009 Here my first 20 shots from LAX. Lots more of LAX, LAS, SFO and Hawaiian Islands to follow!! Going to be heavy for slower internet connections! Happy NWA still is flying in their own colors now more and more NWA aircraft are painted into Delta Colors. They do it quite rapidly Another airline is also rapidly repainting their aircraft. But this airline has really stunning ahmois as well! So is the uniform of the cabin crew, amazing! Been hanging around with a Mexican ahmois Happy with this stretched 757 from NWA And the same for this stretched COA 757 Have only spotted COA 753 without winglets COA 737900ER Far far away a special livery of Alaska Airlines getting airborne One of the many Koreans today A highlight of the day So is this one And this one Old NWA 753 repainted to Delta colors And so is this one US Airways Airbus with America West hybrid colors Another Korean And of course MAS 744, dedicated to all Malaysian Friends on this board;) Air Tahiti, 2 getting in daily, One getting in from Paris to Tahiti, and one getting in from Tahiti to Paris Really much seen airline at LAX And a really hard to get plane outside of SIN and EWR/LAX! More to follow a.s.a.p. I hope you enjoyed! Best regards,

Pieter C. 5 Report post Posted October 11, 2009 Not only at LHR you were lucky, here too !!! AS Salmon Raytheon 727 Midwest 190 MX 318 (where's the pretty ah-moi ?) HP 319 Looking forward to some more 'exclusives'...
Cornelis Boersma 0 Report post Posted October 11, 2009 (edited) Thx for comments guys The haze was dust because of the weather, there were no fires at my time of stay. When I departed for LAS some new fires started I believe but thas was 1 or 2 days later. Not really much more exclusive ones, just a few Here another series from LAX: A Diesel 8 in background And here all the Frontiers I got during USA visit At LAX: At LAS: At SFO: More from SFO / LAS / HNL to follow soon Edited October 11, 2009 by Cornelis Boersma

Pieter C. 5 Report post Posted October 12, 2009 The 'whole different animal' ones are very nice: one of the best liveries in the U.S. IMHO !!! Keep up the good work with sharing: enjoying it a lot sofar...
Cornelis Boersma 0 Report post Posted October 12, 2009 You should enjoy it much Pieter as this is going to be the last trip in quite a while! Here a few shots from LAS where I havent done anything special for spotting. Just before boarding and half an hour close to airport fence While taxiing to the gate after arrival from LAX. Didnt knew these guys were still flying! On perimeter near airport fence From airport itself before boarding And shortly after getting airborne back to LA.. I's hoping for 747SP but this 763 will do as well
