Depends of the load I guess. I took J in their 738 last week. Only two of us in J. So only one crew on duty. The rest in Y. But even with a load so light, the crew were not proactive especially post meal service.

A quick look on FR24 shows that it's not so bad. D7222 to SYD departed just slightly half an hour behind schedule while their 550 to CTS departed slightly more than an hour late. BTW EK342 is just making its approach to KUL now, close to 4 hours late. Wonder what happened in DXB

I use them quite a lot recently. Last month my BKI BTU was cancelled and we were put on a hotel for the night and booked on the BKI BTU flight the next morning. Even with two flights worth of pax the flight was still not full.

The bulk of leisure travellers go to Asean countries so this will not affect them. Business travellers going international will still travel regardless of the psc rates. D7 will be most affected coz of this as the quantum for klia1 is not significant. BTW the new Mavcom is really efficient in this. Let's see if they are as good as this when it comes to defending travellers' rights.
