  1. The upper fuselage skin seems to be buckling due to stressed, the nose gear door has been disconnected from the gear, the damage isn't that severe especially the wiring not affected. MGJ is one of the youngest f50 in the fleet before mgk.
  2. Previously they operating the F50 using FAX already half dead, don't think they will repeat it again with turboprop.
  3. Yes, it's still can fly. But you still have to rectify the nose gear and assest the damage first. By doing so, you require jacks to jack the whole aircraft up to carry out further inspections. The nose gear assembly is right in front of the forward pressure bulkhead. So, if during the belly landing has scrapped the forward bulkhead, I doubt it can fly anymore and requires to do repair insitu.
  4. Currently they are waiting equipments such as jacks from BKI by road. Sad case.
  5. That incident happened back in 1992 where the left main gear collasped and veered off the runway. I've seen the photos of the incident when I was in fokker line mas hangar 1. When the incident happened, the mas rescue came over and straight away painted the mas logo in white so no one will notice what airline it was. That's cool.
  6. The Nose Gear is just couldn't extend even with normal and alternate extension. Previously MGG had the same case where its one of the main landing gear collasped few years back.
  7. should be still in sibu as the the belly would be badly damage. No problem for high wing aircraft. Landing with low speed not as worse as jet aircraft.
  8. It was 9m-mgj. Pilot had tried with alternate landing gear extension but somehow the nose gear door stucked in closed position. Reason still unknown.
  9. Pity those ground crews like us working at the airfield, smelling the kerosene 24/7, vapour from the aircraft painting and chemical used for cleaning. But then, I still see 70 years old plus engineer running up and down, cool.
  10. The entry door doesn't seems to have life boat and door trim, hahaha...
  11. 1st ATR will be coming in july which MGD will phase out at the same time.
  12. Wondering how are they going to slot in the aircraft, there are already 2 a330 doing checks.
  13. There are 2 F50 grounded. One of the f50 wing that jumped chocked collided with another f50 fuselage.
  14. EGR can be done on the bay as long it's not a full run.
  15. Yea, they have changed the uniform since early this year. I've seen it when I'm working at the KLIA Satellite terminal line station especially the red kebaya.
  16. The 737 classic which is the -300/400/500 is even older than F50, 737 itself that time doesn't even have auto refuel method like what F50 has. The only problem with F50 is the spare parts are very expensive, the manufacturer is still providing the parts, just that it doesn't manufacture the aircraft anymore. LAEs used to call F50 small aircraft but with widebody system.

    A380 in KUL

The 747 in the pics was MPM with MU sticker on it. The towbar used in pushback was belong to SIA. Brand new some more, bau kilang , actually those MAS staffs standing underneath weren't doing anything, they just go there look see look see then cabut. Lots of Bosses there, that's why cannot do skill.
  18. I saw the MPM has a small little sticker of MU near the Door 1. It was parking at the remote bay yesterday.

I was there to look see look see the skb when I heard it's grounded. It's fat, wide from wing tip to tip, low at belly, tall at the vertical fin but it's short from nose to tail. There are no brake units on the last both main wheels of the body gears. The 6 wheels bogie gears not as big as the triple 7 but it's longer. Cool~ But after that, I heard MAS is cancelling the A380 orders.

The sia a380 wasn't resting at C74 but grounded there due to flap malfunction. She has no plan of stopping at any bay after landed.
  21. Fuyo, AEB just came out from szb MAS hangar for C-check, looked so new, changed colour scheme.
  22. Bintulu airport runway is the longest in Sarawak so far before the upcoming KCH runway extension. If I'm not mistaken, maskargo 747 does land in bintulu few times.
  23. That BBJ is 737-700 or also NG. Was former MAS BBJ.
  24. Currently MGJ having HMV in szb for maswings. MGJ was supposed to be 3rd Firefly but Firefly had withdraw it. One ATR72 will be coming end of this year.
