2) 01 is ok (200-300 mm), but only the real heavy aircraft. I had half a day 01L departures from Queens Garden but wasnt really happy with it. 3) Most of the times the roofterrace is open and you don't even have to ask for it. (One tip: Stay afway from the roof edges, stay near the door, I guess there are still some chairs around, and a little shadow )
