  1. A successful business model with proven track record.
  2. Hope the 2 airlines will make SZB more alive by then...
  3. With this new timetable, it shows that B738s is simply a better option?
  4. Way to go....hope there is a return for the demand of air travel as the world's economy slightly improves...
  5. Well, there's no flight schedule displayed on the KKIA T1 on this aircraft and the tight security within the close boundary of this plane speaks well that it's not an airlines operator...
  6. I saw this aircraft on final approach yesterday evening around 4pm and it departed at around 10 am this morning Due to tight security at the KKIA T1 and the cloudy weather, this were what I managed to shoot from a far distance.... This Royal Brunei Airways B767 was supposed to be parked at Gate 2 when it arrived but was directed to another gate since the Japan B744 was still at the open bay that time and ready to be departed. This was one of the few shots before the this bird departed from KKIA T1.
  7. I saw this aircraft on final approached yesterday evening around 4pm and it departed at around 10 am this morning
  8. Well, whether like it or not, the staff just have to accept the new changes by management, it's not a choice.

  10. Agreed, on my recent trip to KUL, i found out that the departure hall at gates H are so quiet, not much crowd....perhaps that's what them the most quiet airport in the world....
  11. Wah, so many stories....keep posting
  12. Precisely, certain people always claim they are the best, I don't see any relevancy behind....take for instance, most of the toilet in KLIA are dirty & smelly comparable to airport like HKIA, Changi and ICN are well kept. In my personal view, ICN is always the best comparable to the airport i had been before.
  13. Nope, by 1st glance i thought it was A350s as well as the aircraft model was displayed at Lufthansa booth at Singapore Air Show. It is a 787s instead
  14. Well, most of the airlines that i had flown with only plays music and not song except MH whereby the Malaysian Truly Asia is played on board. For instance, I just discovered that AK plays music while the flight is still cruising at 37, 000 feets during my 1st trip with Air Asia from SIN-BKI
  15. Air Asia, the most truly Malaysian Brand and one of the most successful company
  16. Extracted from Daily Express which dated 09/02/2010; Kuching: MASwings received its eighth ATR aircraft on Monday, MASwings Managing Director, Datuk Mohd Salleh Ahmad Tabrani, said it would be used to replace the Fokker 50 routing Kuching-Sibu; Sibu-Bintulu; Kota Kinabalu-Bintulu; Sibu-Kuching; Miri-Bintulu and Kuching-Bintulu sectors with immediate effect. The ninth ATR is expected to be delivered by March while the 10th by early April. The introduction of the 68-seat ATR would increase additional overall seat capacity by 1,386 passengers per week or 36pc injection on the above routes without changes in the flight frequencies. The overall combined seat capacity for these six routes are 3,850 per week before the introduction of the ATR and will increase to 5,236 per week after Feb. 8. MASwings will be able to cater for higher seat capacity compared to the previous operational model using the Fokker 50. MASwings is on track with its fleet replacement initiative. The Fokker 50 aircraft will be replaced with ATR72-500 in stages and this entire aging fleet will be phased out by April this year. MASwings ATR cabin is configured to 68 seats with 31" inches pitch seats offering wider and spacious cabin, thus providing comfort to travellers. Amongst the additional facility made available in the ATR is the in-flight entertainment screen, which showcases the destinations in Sabah and Saraawak, which ultimately provides information for the travelling public especially foreign travellers.
