foolish!! u can see very very tiny words for the terms and condition on the paper..

 

Any delay caused by AirAsia but not delays which are due to circumstances beyond our control such as bad weather, air traffic control, airport closures, strikes or natural disasters

 

airport closure caused my sis sleep at LCCT last time...

 

most airasia delays are cause by those circumtances..so RM200 for 3hr delay is fooling us

Some time AK is an extorsionist airline.. and they are good at manipulating the minds of our current generation.. hehe..but at least better than the dinosos we have under the hands of the dinosos govt :rofl:

Will we see MH taking doing something similar. Perhaps RM 200 every hour plus 500 enrich miles every hour ? not forgetting business class pax at least 2x's more.......

Before AK offer ‘On Time Guarantee’, they mush have worked out the statistic.

 

For delay over 3 hours that not caused by circumstances beyond AK control such as bad weather, air traffic control, airport closures, strikes or natural disasters is unlikely to occur.

So far i have not encountered any delay more than 3 hours. Mostly 1 to 2.5 hours :angry:

Barely. That's why AK ruled it at 3hrs. Nothing much. Just another marketing move from AK, i reckon.... just like the RM3 for Saving The Mother Earth... *finger in mouth, gagging* :D

IIRC AK never use the term 'DELAY' they always use the term 'RE-TIMED' or 'UBAH MASA'

 

Hence, AK never had 'delays' before <_>

Exactly! That's why even though the flight is technically delayed for more than 3 hours, because you would have received SMS after SMS telling you flight is 're-timed' after 're-timed', there is no way you could receive any compensation. Pure gimmick, TF, but good try. AK after all is one of the 50 most innovative company in the world.

And what about those who got bumped to another flight due to so called "TECHNICAL" :angry:

(aka 'flight cancelled due to not enough paxs & move them to a later flight')

++Hot inflight meal not light box meal and MAS Louge at KLIA if at KLIA/KCH/BKI..heheheheheh....demanding if they try to increase fuel surcharge.... :rolleyes:
