Norman 1 Report post Posted May 19, 2008 Went to KLIA for spotting after a break of 2.5 months But weather was so bad... Single runway ops.. 14L... Since rain clouds (temp 24deg C, dew point 24deg C), so I decided not to climb Oscar Hotel, but stayed at Tasik (The Lake) for half hour only... apart from a couple of MH's 734s and a lone AK A320... I managed a first for me... I packed at 0900 when weather doesn't improve...

I haven't got that one yet. Weather wasn't so good and hazy almost through out the day. The whole morning at pond side until runway switched to 14R around 1125, only AK,MH,AK,MH. You didn't miss anything. Just saw this piece of news in The Star Hazy .........

Chaity 1 Report post Posted May 20, 2008 no more RED.. But wondering with the visit malaysia titles...hhmmm... chaity, "ladang" ok for spotting eh.. Yeap! Ladang is still OK for spotting. Both entrances were "closed" with barriers and locked. <_> Got to do some walking and hiking to our usual spot. Good exercise and pump up your adrenaline when you know a special plane is approaching and you are only half way there
