Pieter C. 5 Report post Posted April 20, 2011 Fokker 70 looks great in the new VN livery, but, why put "Fokker F-70" so big on the fuselage and at a weird spot ?
Tuan Khiem 0 Report post Posted April 22, 2011 Still don't know why the sticker is large on Fokkers. It was finished paint-work in Vietnam, the color looks good on her. Qatar B77W A7-BAI

Raymund Yeoh 1 Report post Posted May 21, 2011 Prince Al-Waleed on board B744 HZ-WBT7 at Hanoi-Noi Bai what's with stickin the country flag above the cockpit, can anyone shed some light to it ?
flee 5 Report post Posted May 21, 2011 Looks like Saudi Arabia to me. Normally the flag is shown when a head of state comes on an official visit. Happens on planes like Air Force 1 as well.
Waiping 12 Report post Posted May 22, 2011 I've seen flags sticking out from the cockpit window but this is the first time seeing it sticking out like that. The opening also serve as an escape hatch?
Tuan Khiem 0 Report post Posted May 22, 2011 Upper flag is Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and beneath is Kingdom Holding. Normally flags out at rear cockpit windows, in this case, quite special and it's first time I saw. Thanks to Prince Al-Waleed brings this airplane to HAN.
