Sneeze Lam 0 Report post Posted July 2, 2007 So Sneeze, ready to write a trip report to tell us all about it? Man, still lazy to do so. Just back from Macau this Sat. and was sick these days. In short, the SQ services are really impressive. Nicely packed "felt", and the little pillow ready. Headset is already placed at the seat pocket. So, you don't need to get it from the cabin crew. Hot towel is given before the flight rotates. It is so impressing me. The new VOD IFE is really rock. It just like a laptop rather than just an IFE. Shavers packages are ready and placed in the washroom. Needless to say, the Ah mois with the traditional style uniform are the prettiest. Nice smiles, sweet voice. WOwowowowowowwow, please stop me keep thinking of them before I get crazy. Food, well, food is not a point to comment, as they are served by CPCS for the trip from HONGKONG, same as Cathay. Pieter C. 5 Report post Posted July 4, 2007 Although a lot of planes were already shared here by other members, I would like to show my input here Was pleased to see this old-coloured double-bogied A320 pass my lens on saturday-morning 23jun07: Trying to imitate Azahan here; the Queen is very impressive in these stunning colours : Two foreign MW members were enjoying themselves tremendously with the aircraft and camadery: Captain Radzi: it was nice talking to you - hope we can meet next year Here is your aircraft taxiying off runway 32L toward the gate and landing in front of the 744 from LHR: We had lot's of fun shooting eachother : "What were these jokers talking about ? They said the Tower was disturbed by those people on the hill. They never expected me to phone the tower and let them explain it was not the case " Thanks a lot, Norman, for saving our ass@s : Talking about the Brightsiders ? : Sunday-morning, while the Island-spotters went to 32L approach and my chauffeur to the Sepang circuit for the Japanese ah-mois, I was alone at the Hotel shooting this nicely 'decorated' Thai Air Asia 737-300: This time, the Indian lady was showing off her new dress and double-bogied legs: The Cargolux flight was operated by this nicely coloured Air Atlanta Icelandic 747-400 Freighter: Not many airports in Europe are served by Yemenia, so I was quite pleased to be able to nail this A330: Only 1 inch seperated the Singaporean and Malaysian cars, hence the serious looks of both drivers: One of my main aims of going spotting on sunday (again) was this immaculate looking Etihad 777-300: Having missed this beauty during last year's MW Anniversary, I was able to take a nice landing shot of her while returning from NRT: Never seen such a hard landing by a 747 before (see also Andrew's picture): This classic arrived from the neighbouring state of Indonesia; always love to see these reversers in action: Hibby arriving 14L from LHR; later that night she would operate to AMS as MH016 almost 1 hour after 'my' PH-BFS : Hope, you've enjoyed these impressions of a very happy MW member: hope to see you all again next year !!!
