Y. J. Foo 0 Report post Posted February 21, 2013 The OW logo on MXB is a bit too small IMHO. The small size is standard per OW - cf. JAL's. What I am more curious is the fact that none of the other MH a/c bear the logo.
Eugene Koh 4 Report post Posted February 21, 2013 I agree with Y.J.Foo - The CEO did mentioned it will be applied overnight or something along that line, yet none. What about more A330 painted. And MAS seriously need to standardize the airline's colour scheme, such a mess.

Geoff Just discovered it is a brand new aircraft c/n 38728 B737-8GP which was going to be delivered to Lion Air as PK-LKS. Geoff
JingKai Seah 0 Report post Posted February 24, 2013 By the way.. I thought Malindo Airlines will be using 737-900ER and not -800s? So it would mean they will transfer this -800 to Lion Air once 900ERs are ready?

S V Choong 4 Report post Posted March 12, 2013 Boeing Business Jet delivers 777-200LR to Aviation Link Company EVERETT, Wash., Nov. 10, 2010 -- Boeing [NYSE: BA] Business Jets today announced the delivery of a Boeing VIP 777-200LR (long range) to Aviation Link Co., an aircraft management company based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Abdulaziz A. Al Rowaished, president and chief executive officer, Aviation Link Co., took delivery of the 777-200LR at a ceremony held in Everett, Wash. Aviation Link Co. provides total airplane management services for VIP customers in the Middle East including the airplane purchase, interior design and completion, as well as operational and maintenance management. This delivery brings the total to 13 airplanes Aviation Link Co. has managed, ranging from Gulfstreams to two Boeing 777s. The 777-200LR interior completion work will begin at Amac Aerospace of Basel, Switzerland, later this month. An undisclosed, private owner in the Middle East will take delivery of the airplane after VIP cabin completion in 2012. “Despite the global economic downturn, the Middle East region remains a very strong market for both single-aisle and twin-aisle VIP airplanes,” said Steve Taylor, president of Boeing Business Jets. “Boeing has received both government and private orders for the 787 Dreamliner, 777 and 747-8 Intercontinental,” said Taylor. “Our VIP clientele recognizes the emphasis on new technology Boeing has designed into our new family of VIP transports.” “The customer required a widebody aircraft capable of connecting virtually any two cities in the world nonstop, while carrying a full cargo load,” said Al Rowaished. “After a thorough review of the market, the 777-200LR was the natural choice. “Aviation Link Co. worked closely with Boeing to ensure the airplane was built specifically for VIP cabin conversion,” said Al Rowaished. “The collaboration was a great success.” The 777-200LR can carry more passengers and more cargo farther than any other jetliner. It also serves as the platform for the Boeing 777 Freighter, the world's largest, most capable twin-engine freighter. http://boeing.mediaroom.com/index.php?s=43&item=1512
