Ryan Soh 3 Report post Posted September 23, 2008 Over the weekend on 21st September 2008 at the one and only, fast disappearing viewing mall of Changi T1... Good day Vietnam! Arriving from Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh. Garuda is best served in small dosages several times a day. Considered a newbie, Thai Air Asia finally started flying their A320s to SIN. It was a happy day for me when they replaced the A300-600 with the A330-300, one of my favourite aircraft type. What a beauty... another A330-300, this time one of CX'x arriving for a quick turn-around back to HKG. Grand-daddy of 3K's A320s, the 1st one. Enjoy this livery while you can. In my opinion, it is one of AI's BEST ever and should never be replaced. But we know that's not the case. So I present to you one of the rarer white-bellied A310s sporting the old c/s. What a crowd! COMPETITION ALERT!!! 9V-SWL is actually named after me.

Sneeze Lam 0 Report post Posted September 27, 2008 What was the venue/occasion ? I guess, they came for the 1st ever Singapore night F1 race.
KC Sim 2 Report post Posted September 27, 2008 Sneeze is right on target. These biz-jets are in Singapore for the inaugural 2008 Singapore Singtel Formula One Grand Prix which takes place tomorrow (Sunday) evening. At the qualification race which ended a few hours ago, Massa will be in pole position tomorrow. And hopefully before that, a lot more biz-jets will arrive. There must be something like two dozen biz-jets hanging around Changi right now. KC Sim

Hoe Jyh 0 Report post Posted September 28, 2008 (edited) Some of the highlights on the actual race day today. PB Air ERJ-145 HS-PBF made a surprise appearance from Da Nang. China Sonangol International A319CJ, VP-BEY. Specially for Sneeze =D CX739 was operated by A343 B-HXO this afternoon and the dark clouds provided some very strong contrast.
