If I was a multi-billionaire, I would restart the F50 and DO-328Prop production lines and do massive upgrades to compete with ATR and Bombardier products. and I would build a cross-sea bridge connecting between Mempakul/Menumbuk to Labuan. No. Locals - meaning the Labuan people who are making businesses and shops. They need more exposure, tourism people and bigger market. Adrian, Remember, the risk is there of easier access for Labuanites to cross over to mainland - the nett effect may not be as attractive as first impression may suggest.
