Raj 0 Report post Posted April 27, 2006 (edited) Hey guys..Thanks for the Comments.. Ibrahim, The Atlas Air Was too high When COmming in..My guess would be that the pilot didn't have good visual of the Runway only maybe 200 to 300m away from the Runway..This was Because The clouds Were Very Low and Thick on that Morning.. Sneeze, I think so It Flies for ANZ CArgo..But then there were 2 Planes that day..So Still wondering why there were 2 planes on That Morning..Got a few CX Departure Shots for you.. Chaity, Would Really Say Cool..I find it Weird..On that Morning it was raining and Cloudy then the clouds disappeared and it was Blue Sky (Around Noon)..Then CLouds Came BAck..Rained Like Hell..Visibility was Quite Badd...Hardly Could See pLanes..Then Rain Diassapeared and it was CLoudy With the Sun out..Find IT Really Weird.. Ok More Shots From The Morning Session.. Interesting Vapour Trails From this Boeing 733.. If i'm Not Mistaken, This is the Smallest Plane at This Airport..It's Soo Tiny.. After this Qantas Came in, The Weather got better..For a While.. Zk-EAM..If you were to Spot at Auckland for a Whole Day, You would be Able to see around 30 beechcrafts in One Day.. Hmm Could it Be MRD??? It Turned out to Be Korean.. ..Arriving 1 Hour ahead of Schedule.. Dirty looking Flaps There.. More to Come..Enjoy.. S V Choong 4 Report post Posted April 29, 2006 (edited) it was 9M-MRN..Was Glad too see her.. So do I. She is often seen here in AKL. She also took me from PVG-KUL and KUL-HKG. It is not usual for SQ to be running behind time. Pieter, Got a F50 for u..Sorry abt da Fence.. Raj, thats a Fokker F-27 belongs to NZ Post. I have also seen a white Fokker F-27 at WLG. One way to tell the difference is the propeller blades (4 on the F-27 and 6 on F-50). The windows on F-27 is large and round. For Pieter, he will be just as happy to see the F-27s Qantas 733 in for Maintainance..ZK-JNA... No wonder I have not seen her around. But heard she is one of the a/c to be taken out of service and to be replaced by Qantas' 737-438 from Australia. Raj, I read that Air NZ's A320 ZK-OJK and OJL (Looney Tunes) will exit the fleet and off to a 12 month lease to France and Brazil respectively. So it is great that you have capture the Looney Tunes plane for your own record. Edited April 29, 2006 by S V Choong
Raj 0 Report post Posted April 29, 2006 Not too sure Sneeze, Gotta Ask Imran...But Sneeze only the 777-300ER's have got Red Belly..That was a non ER.. SV, Looney Tunes belongs to Freedom Air..So is it Freedom Air or Air New Zealand.??? Oh My bad..I TAught that it was a F50..Never Realised the Difference Between a F50 and F27..Thanks SV.. Finally 734..Nice to see a change..Too Many 733.. Yea found that weird as well.. Infact that Morning, SQ,MH and TG were Late coming in..My guees would be because of the weather..Maybe a longer route to Come in..
