Waiping 12 Report post Posted April 26, 2010 Hi guys, As you may know 25 April 2010 marks the day that MASwings would retire their Fokker 50 and receive their 10th ATR72-500. I was fortunate to be invited by a friend who is covering the event for a local newspaper, so he needed a cameraman and I volunteered. The ceremony was supposed to be officiated by the CM, but was later being represented by the DCM. Also present is Chairman of Malaysia Airlines, Tan Sri Dr. Munir Abd. Majid. The F50 used was 9M-MGF and the new ATR rego 9M-MWJ.

flee 5 Report post Posted April 28, 2010 Waiping, Thanks for sharing a piece of history - now MASWings can fly with confidence and at lower costs. It shows in their performance numbers too - more passengers, better on time performance, more profitable! As for your equipment, it should not be lens or flash. You need both, but which one you buy first is the decision you have to make! Keep shooting!
