Whats this story about Umrah pax stranded in KUL for 1-2 days as the chartered MH A380 went tech? Given that it happened at base and MH needs just 3 to do the LHR runs, what happened to the surplus capacity? Not all 6 are serviceable? No crew? Doing other charters? Given the long delay, one may be forgiven to think that the pax were stranded in Bolivia or Peru....not at KUL where at least a couple of A380s are just sun bathing... Just noticed CS-TKR a EuroAtlantic Airways 763 doing KUL-MED today. A rescue plane?

Yes that has happened to me a few times. Couldnt do it with website but ok through app. When asked at airport counter later, staff have no idea why it happened. I was trying to figure if there is some trend such as peculiarities in the reservation but none detected so far.

Did he say June of which yr? Also which equipment will be used? I dont think the 339 will be ready before June 2017.
