Give us Sydney, not Pyongyang, says AirAsia X
suadrif replied to Sing Yew's topic in General Aviation
http://www.btimes.com.my/articles/psyd/Article/ According to sources, MAS, which flies direct to Sydney twice a day now, is expected to reduce its frequency to one flight a day to the benefit of long-haul budget carrier AirAsia X. MAS neither confirmed nor denied the news, preferring to take a neutral stance Another rumour or truth? -
I thought KUL-CPT-EZE is profitable, no? Slaughtered by EK, haha no wonder, with their ancient equipment.

Hmm SQ really great at planning aircraft expansion and interim solution. MH on the other hand like to boast they will have the youngest fleet but in reality... Come on MH, order new aircraft for B777 replacement... -

Serves you right MH! After this can't use Best Cabin Staff to brag anymore.... Hopefully this unfortunate circumstance will act as a wake up call for MH, and will return them to former glory -

No wide-body order yet? -
Weird, as they said they need new aircraft because of better utilization, yet they still not order anything to replace the aging B777

suadrif replied to Mohd Azizul Ramli's topic in General Aviation
Yucks, pay top dollar and got peanuts. SQ's J menu are far more glamorous and appetizing. Menu on MH lacks presentations and imaginations. As for the seat, it would be great if they use the same J seat as CX. Elegant, classy and comfortable. CX new J -

U are welcome... seem that A380 are prone to accident due to their size, hopefully not a serious damage. Must be a nightmare for AF to re booking all passengers back to CDG. -

J seat could've been better if they cover the seat with leather instead of fabric, just like what SQ did with theirs. Much more classier and elegant. -
Very informative. If only they extend the durations of the video...

MAS to Introduce New Cabin Crew Uniform
suadrif replied to Mohd Azizul Ramli's topic in General Aviation
The sleeves of the new female uniform brings back memory. Back in the 90's my mom used to wear those baju kurung with that kind of sleeves, ropol-ropol... -
Make sense and both QF and BA don't have to send their precious metal to 'low-yielding' KUL.

They are beautiful, but I like Lockheed Martin's concept. Not so radical and passengers can still have their window seat
