  1. http://www.themalaymailonline.com/travel/article/mahb-to-introduce-airside-transfer-at-klia-klia2-next-year#FsQqgEZqRGQmXRwm.97 MAHB to introduce airside transfer at KLIA, KLIA2 next year
  2. Very ill aerotrain ("hari ni satu saja tren jalan"), long immigration queue ( "autogate 1 saja boleh guna, 4 tak boleh, sebab sedang mau migrate vendor baru"), interminable wait for luggage (experienced 4-in-1 arrivals in one belt) and outdated coupon taxi system ('budget taxi tak ada, hanya tinggal luxury dan family taxi'), although metered taxi is available, makes the experience feel so third world. In recent months, it is getting more and more frustrating to travel via KLIA.
  3. Agreed agreed... the aerotrain service is such a shame!

  5. Ah, that explains the recent sightings of senior crew and red kebayas during intra Peninsular flights and short regional hops
  6. Seeing the flag on aircraft - proud. Reading the political highfalutin accompanying its launch - very sad. Total effect - sad.
  7. Seat selection and payment is rather confusing and misleading. Shown as "already paid' when did not make any payment for it, and reflected in the total amount "paid". Yet, when you click continue, will be prompted to make payment. Whilst for award booking, it also shows the "already paid' status, but if you click "continue", it will loop you back to the booking confirmation page. This was followed up with an email.... to inform that I had a sex change... Buggy!
  8. The full website = plus Amadeus minus personal login. Had expected a total revamp of the website, but it proved to be wishful thinking up till now. A few years ago, I said that it was behind time, now it's probably a decade behind competitors ... sangat sedih
  9. Today out of the blue, I received a reply for a feedback I sent to MH in Feb. Guess it's better late than never. I had totally forgotten about it and thought it was a spam mail until I read the content of the email. Wonderful!
  10. Enrich miles value now = banana currency during Japanese occupation of Malaya
  11. Sat inside KA728 for two hours today waiting for air traffic congestion to clear, subsequently missed connecting flight in HKIA. Wonder if related to MH Amadeus migration or general malady of KLIA?
  12. Enrich online flight redemption site down - apparently for the past 48h - cannot proceed to final payment page. Call centre redemption still ok. Do it fast before even this channel gets inundated and locked down. Enrich sayonara!
  13. Ouchh! The old website link returned cheaper fares compared to the beta Amadeus (= scammer) site.. will not make any booking until the dust has settled
  14. Thanks for the info on the all new app. The iOS app - after playing with it for a few minutes, I can only say this for now - i feeeel like pulllinggg my haiirrrrr !!!
  15. Over the past year or so, I have lost at least 5 very nice luggage tags when traveling via KLIA, while a standard issue airline tag survived. Wonder why..
  16. Saw an interview of one of the guys involved in confronting Manodh Marks. Apparently after the initial melee in biz class, the FA chased after Marks when he panicked and ran back into the economy section. Brave crew member, whoever you are, kudos!
  17. Once I have done my trip this weekend and the miles credited in , I will 'beranak' and be seated. Kosong (or 'gosong' SG style)! TQ for your advice.
  18. "United’s actions in both the dragged-off-the-plane episode and with Fearns reflect a coldhearted mindset utterly devoid of compassion for customers. “They’re so locked into their policies, there’s no room for empathy,” she said. As a result, Underwood said, situations that should be manageable spiral out of control and result in unnecessarily messy PR disasters. “What United and all companies need to do is to train and empower workers to deal with specific issues as they arise,” she said. “Don’t just follow whatever is written in your policies.” from here : http://www.latimes.com/business/lazarus/la-fi-lazarus-united-low-priority-passenger-20170412-story.html Like wise, should the Chicago aviation police blindly follow the command of United's crew, where no crime was committed on board?
