It operated some Novair flights recently. But unsure if Novair operates into SGN.. Not sure if the 757s will get NC. They will be replaced in not to long from now by A321ER's with sharklets. At least 3 757s have left the fleet last year (LBU, LBV, LBX). I believe only LBO, LBR, LBS, LBT are still in the fleet.

KC, I am looking really forward to my flights to Ecuador this June! Which side were you seated? Left or right? MD11 in retro or Skyteam would be top of the world! Not sure about the range of MD11, can she fly KUL-AMS or SIN-AMS non-stop on MTOW?

KLM schedules are showing the following routes and frequency for June 2010: Vancouver - Daily Calgary - X15 Montreal - Daily Bonaire-Guayaquil-Quito - X24 St. Maarten - 5 Miami - X246 Delhi - Daily Teheran - X7 Panama City - X6 Paramaribo - X13 They will not be phased out for the first years. A few years ago they said they would start to replace MD11 starting in 2014, but they still havent decided which aircraft will replace the 11s. Maybe they wait for 787s or A350s? Otherwise A333 seems to become the replacement aircraft. KLM's CEO is really MD guy. Aircraft are owned and well payed off. Most of the A330s and B777s are leased aircraft and pretty expensive to fly

Thx! Its accessible. You can take a bus from terminal. Just less then 5 mins drive. Get off at Uiverweg or Pelikaanweg and walk there in just 3 minutes. Here a map Thx KC! Only had SLM A340 taxiing when I was at another "taxi-spot". So no takeoff or landings along one of the runways with this bird this time. It was actually the first time around the airport with excellent weather when I shot this Surinam aircraft! All previous times was in rainy conditions.
