Not a good idea...flights between ARN and KUL are almost full all the time due to the lack of presence of SEA carriers there...besides THAI...however between ARN and EWR...there really isnt much of a need for a first class, hence the 772 being used most of the time...via DXB from what i heard the reason it was cancelled was because the UAE port authorities were giving them a hard time by increasing certain fees...and stuff like that (not sure exactly what) for their DXB-EWR-DXB flights...i think we cant really speculate that they made a wrong move or they're making a wrong move coz theres a lot more goin on between MAS and the foreign port authorities including Govts than we know of. For instance, when MH picks up pax from Indian airports and fly them via KUL to another city (eg: LAX), MH has to pay certain amount of loyalties to AIR INDIA. Yet they dont mind doin it, coz the pax load is still high and yes in addition, they also need to have AI's code incorporated in the flight..do you really think MH wants to have a code share with AI for flights to LAX? Maybe it brings a lil more pax..but they still can do it without AI's name..but..requirements remains requirements..

i think this would bring them back into the game especially with the A380's latest delays..

I saw it over SS15 subang which is really close to the airport...most students in my college turned towards the sky...and after the plane flew by they looked at me..haha!

makes me wonder where is the peaceful and wonderful feeling of flying 35,000 ft above the ground away from all other problems and headaches heading to now?

hahaha.....now thats hilarious but i dont think an airline like tht would go anywhere far..or even near in fact..lol

the last my dad operated this flight it was the retrofitted aircraft...so i think you have a good chance on getting it..which means we get nicer pics! hooray..lol!

EY was supposed to start their services quite some time back...when they were recruiting malaysian pilots and cabin crew they mentioned having a base in KUL..wonder if that plans are still intact

Will they be given permission to fly out of the country coz as far as we know it the govt allowed them to set up FAX to handle RURAL AIR SERVICES..but then again..knowing Dato Tony...anything's possible..:-)

Guy..latest hot news or shall i call it a rumour...FAX is planning to purchase Airbus aircrafts (model unknown) to ply the KK-internation routes....no idea which international destination it is...but this is what i heard...any comments?

I know keith but in 1998, the govt of Argentina had a major economic and social unrest crisis juz resolved...things were preety somber and kinda rundown...there wasnt much fun goin on as far as i remember...the country was tryin to revive itself after all that problems....i heard its reallly improved since back then....and by the way i cant say much coz..i was only 10 back then! lol...it was however a trip to remember...the first time using KLIA for my flight..and..yeah by the way..CPT is really cool..thats a really nice place...we were at Hilton CPT and the view from the 22nd floor shows you the tabletop mountain...which looked really nice...

kinda surprised that Mr. Idris has not given a statement bout this yet..juz wondering...could it be possible that more people has experienced AK now and they feel that they rather fly with MH now that MH's domestic prices are tiered and more competitive? Could that be a reason for the govt to bow to the pressure by the public?

C is GCC...its gonna be fun..personally travelled this route in 1998 in First Class..theres more things to be done in CPT rather than EZE..but i heard things have improved in EZE now..enjoy the really long flight..but trust me....it gives u a huge amount of jet lag once u reach EZE..

i think the guy who started the forum in A.net has exaggerated by saying MH would be bankrupt due to this...and another thing, the increase of flights to penang and langkawi is not social obligations but rather due to a higher demand
