Kwek 0 Report post Posted February 28, 2008 Here's my take on the rest of the flying display participants.... The T-50 is coming on strong, trying for the RSAF AJT bid. Note the Lion head decal on her tail, which was applied for this show - she spotted a chevron during practices. In the running too is the M-368. She looks very sleek. The 3rd contender is Hawk 128, which surprisingly did not take part in the flying display though. She was in town for evaluation as well. The crowd favourite - F-16 Fighting Falcon never fails to impress..... ....so she deserves two pictures. The F-18F Super Hornets does a dirty roll....... are we expecting to see her over Malaysian skies soon? Besides the Black Knights, the other main attraction is the A380 It's amazing how graceful she looks in the air.

Waiping 12 Report post Posted February 28, 2008 Unfortunately I was hoping to at least catch a glimpse of the B787. Surprisingly not much was offered. Only model and a simulator was available and not for public to play. However, Boeing was very generous with their freebies i.e. cap, key-chains, stickers, wall-calenders and even pins. Overall an exciting experience. Hope to see more planes next time around. Just to share. I caught this during the first day at the airshow And in the afternoon, caught this at Changi International

Andi C 0 Report post Posted March 1, 2008 (edited) My turn to post. I was there on the final day Feb24. A380 Galore! Cheers & Enjoy Backing in after her demo flight Those massive wiiings! Learn a new exclamation word today! WWOW! Someone familiar? Monsieur Jacques Rosay! The A380 program's chief test pilot 18mm stretched to the limit! Shout one more time! WWOW! All vehicles had to queue up to let the KC-135 pass by A note to the organisers: Must solve traffic woes. Queueing for land transport (of any kind) to & fro wasted too much precious time. And it was damned hot, red like a chili lobster that day. 2 years for them to figure out..... Edited March 1, 2008 by Andi C
