Adui, Chaity: how lucky you are with these weather conditions and fine birds arriving and departing :yahoo:

Hope, I'll be as lucky as you next year June :pardon:

Cornelis: isn't the Potuguese 330 flying for the Aussie forces ? Maybe, that's why, she is spotted so often Down-Under, even up to now B) ...

Huh ?? Standing in front of a running jet engine ? I thought this is a suicidal act ?

Loh Wilson, the guy was not standing right in front but a safe distance away.

Pieter, I was told June is a better time to spot. Sure you will get a lot of kangaroos. :good:

SQ Cargo sending early Xmas gifts ah ? :pardon:

Kianhong, you got your "L" early gift already ? ;)

Nah... SQ Cargo was carrying 90t non-hazard chemical into PER and picking some smaller general cargo out tonite.

Still waiting for Santa to bring my X'mas 'gift'.

Anyway, I was standing much closer to the rwy21 center line on top those mounds. Here's some collateral catches while waiting for SQ Cargo.

Emirates sent A343 today.

Where got spotting spree... just 2.5 hours from 1630 to 1900. It was that busy!!! One after another established final , non-stop. I was quite surprised too.

No worries as long it's after 1530 and before 2359. :pardon:

What happen to its tail..??

btw..super clear weather...

Air/Speed brake deployed.

Quite funny looking when you see the back just split open like that. Fokker 100 also employ the same mechanism to dump lift/slow down.

Kianhong, nice photos and all sharp, sharp ones. :clapping:

MIR, I did get the RAAF BBJ front shots and some side shots. Too bad heat haze was making the BBJ to become a porcupine. :sorry:

I will check if I can edit any "better" looking ones later.

RAAF BBJ was parked in the open tarmac when I checked in for my flight back to KUL. :yahoo:

Pushed back and departed 20 mins before my flight home.

Too many aircraft around blocking to get a full shot. :nea:

PER is sure busy in the evening for international flights. B)

These RAAF BBJs are quite regular in PER, I just can't seem to catch them in the right time or right place. <_ call sign used is>
