Even in Europe, the MD90 is hard to find; SAS is selling them and even Blue1 is replacing them for 717's; only Hello of Switzerland is about the only one left overhere to operate them... Tuan Khiem 0 Report post Posted September 7, 2010 To uncle Pieter: Actually I made many Maket researches/Request for proposal for EK since 2004 when I was in airline business, they promised to enter the market via interlines with TG via BKK, SQ/VN via SIN then online soon... until now, only QR operates in VN. With quite good traffic to EU by reasonable prices, 5* service and connecting 2-3 hours only to EU by departure wave from DOH. Unfortunately they also highlight the poor state of VN-A146's paintwork on the fuselage - some differences in colours between the various panels.
