Today I went to NGO to catch this all-white bird after my work ended :)

Aeronautica Militare Italiana (Italian Air Force) Boeing 767-231(ER) (N606TW)

She came here yesterday night and stays until Wed.

I don't know why she came here suddenly :sorry:

This airplane is operated by Italian Air Force, but N-REG...it's so mysterious ;)

Indeed, a very interesting plane; it's ex-TWA (as can be seen by the registration), but have no idea if this is owned or just 'leased' for a few longhaul flights (hence the applied sticker)...

Thanks for sharing, Suzuki-san...

I took only 2 x all-white c/s B767s in this week... :sorry:

Pieter C san>

The Italian Air Force B767 is belonging the 14th Wing/8th Squadron, and this Squadron is operating KC767.

Japan Air Self Defence Force(JASDF) also operates KC767 in Nagoya(Komaki Airport/NKM),so I think Italian Air Force had come to NGO to visit NKM to inspect KC767 of JASDF.

Hi,MWings members :)

Last week, I went spotting to HKG since January this year :p

But I have not edited the photos yet, I will post the HKG spotting thread after editing.

By the way, I went to Hamamatsu Air Force Base in the morning and went to Komaki airport in the afternoon B)

Today was lucky day for me because I could see the 2 x airplanes which I saw for the first time!

At Hamamatsu AFB, I could get the Royal Australian Air Force B737-700 Wedgetail :yahoo:

Of course, this is the first time visit to Japan except delivery flight from US.

At Komaki airport, it's a small Bizjet, but this type of aircraft is also the first time visit to Japan

And today, FDA did the demonstration flight at NKM to promote own company to local.

Yeah,that's right :good:

NKM is very quiet airport, however I will go to NKM if I have time because I don't know what color E-jet of FDA comes to NKM

I think there will be a lot of spotters at NKM next Sat and Sun

those FDA Planes.. which model of Embraer series are they? This is the first time I'm exposed to Embraer models :D

ERJ-175 is the model for FDA...the bigger model ERJ-190 and ERJ-195 look a lot better IMHO...

Was in Tokyo for a short vacation n few days of spotting. I would like to share some specials that I caught both in HND n NRT.

Weather had not been very kind to me, partly cloudy and some rain too for my entire stay, which was abnormal according some locals. None the less, I enjoy myself tremendously spotting in HND n NRT - the variety of specials livery and very spotter-friendly observation decks on every single terminals are something to die for. :yahoo:
