  1. My parents were the lucky one this year. T7 from PEN they were assigned business class seats.
  2. Capt Radzi, i know Scoot are desperately looking for 777/787 experienced captain. Then there's Vietnam.
  3. You can take whatever TF said but dont take it seriously as it has no face value to begin with. Hub in LGK? Hub in MKZ was mooted years before. TF is very good at playing this game and people still foolishly believe in him. No doubt AK transformed aviation scene in this region but this does not give him the license to squeeze government and passengers alike by not wanting to move to KKIA terminal one. Facilities are there, why refuse to move? Most importantly why is he holding MAHB responsible for anything extra thay they charge to passengers? Just like the absurd KLIA2 fee that has nothing to do with KLIA or MAHB at the first place. And people buying it.
  4. Not much progress has been done to the old LCCT terminal. It still houses AirAsia office and they will continue to be there till they complete their HQ buildings next to carpark B in KLIA2. No cargo pass through whatsoever. In this Bolehland, businessmen and conmen can create something out of nothing and get away with millions (one guy got billions). It's up to us to stop this daylight robbery of our own tax money, being given away for nothing.
  5. Maybe MAHB should just let TF return to the old LCCT. I bet when this offer made, TF will be caught off-guard and will cry another drama. Presently, i believe TF needs MAHB more than MAHB needs TF. Rusdi Kirana's Malindo will happily expand from KLIA2 while the cry-baby drag his operations back to the old shack regretting his 'intelligent' ploy to skim RM400 million from a GLC.
  6. Wow. You must really had an awful experience working there. Care to share? Off topic for a while.. Hehehe
  7. Beats Melaka, Alor Star anytime.. And they still insist to build a new international airport elsewhere......
  8. Any idea which aircraft uses callsign 'kingpin'?
  9. Belive me, they dont need fancy buildings, actually any warehouse with sufficient height clearance with reinforced concrete floor will do. I've been to many simulator complex around the region and Europe, its all the same.
  10. So many think tanks, saying this and that, at the end of the day, government who hardly think makes the decision. That's why we are still subsidising our national carrier to this day and many more years to come, without any sound solution.
  11. It is booming, from donkey years ago. But the growth does not justify building another airport while we all know PEN is far from overcapacity.
  12. Aren't Butterworth Radar is run by the air force? They control everything be it civil or military aircrafts in Butterworth TMA
  13. cheap publicity stunt to jumpstart his failing businesses.
  14. Lion surprised us back in 2012 when they launched Malindo. It has taken us by surprise, and they managed to start flying in less than a year. Lion definitely gave the biggest backup financially. No doubt bout their financial muscle. That's the most important essence of starting an airline. This time flymojo did the same thing, and i hope they will fly. If it's true that they are somehow connected to the richest man in Semenanjung, i'm confident they will obtain whatever approvals and aircrafts needed to start operation Other start ups.... Rayani, Melaka Air, etc..... better throw their millions to charity
  15. Still prefer zest callsign l. Cool red is too cool
  16. They keep stopping everyone at immigration.. So how? no complain on goons like ridhuan tee though..
  17. Last time i took BR to Taipei last month, economy class was full.
  18. They are still consolidating Zest and Cool Red. Once they get rid of Zest's past im sure they will have better costs control and more streamlined maintenance program for the aircraft.

  20. Apache or Rooivalk are more effective in low and slow combat compared to hawk.. I hope it wont be long until we secure such attack helicopters. Having said that, when we look at our past defense procurement contract, i wouldnt be surpised if Airbus Helicopters win the deal with their Tigre
  21. Tony Fernandes is Malaysian and he runs air asia profitably. Lion Group entrusted a Malaysian to run their subsidiary here. Yet, no Malaysian can make MAS (National carrier, owned by the government) profitable for all these years... perhaps too much to handle for local guys. Salah malaysian sebab kita bodoh or salah orang bodoh who keeps voting the bodoh people keeping them in the office for more than 50 years.....
