  11. SIBU: A total of 1,561 passengers were affected when 12 flights to and from Sibu were cancelled due to the closure of Sibu Airport runway yesterday evening.   17. Just noticed that the KCH thread for the year 2019 is not created, so here it goes. Feel free to remove if the thread is already created. JC International Airlines A320-214 (XU-997) expected to land at KCH around 1400hrs, carrying 43 Malaysians recently released from imprisonment at Cambodia (as they became a scam victim). They just departed from Siem Reap International Airport couple of minutes ago.
