  1. LOL slash all Q400 and ATR and stay with F50 until it can fly no more. Good for flybe with lots of turboprops fleet. People tend to look down on turboprops. Bleh~~
  2. Darksider is the one who use Nikon DSLR and Brightsider is Canon
  3. They are both powered by CFM engine but still A320 is for A320 and B737 is for B737 coz the engines structure is built to accommodate 737 oval shape engine so the 738 engine won't fit the A320 ones. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CFM_International_CFM56 Read: CFM56-3 series CFM56-5B series CFM56-7 series
  4. H Azmal, Both of the Pelangi F50 at JHB and SZB has been scrapped for spares. Rego 9M-MER and -MEQ. Someone has the picture at OH section
  5. Bump on this clip in youtube and I find this report kinda interesting... For the 1st time I heard about SEAir. How many of us get to walk across a runway daily much less spotting just the runway side? Anyone interested? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2RYxCLIqhZg PS: Nice beach too. And it's in the Philippines.
  6. Haha, can't blame them also coz these Senseis contribute a lot for AK in terms of photography and their photography skills. Hence recognized by TF. LOL blame MAB and their dummy rules of no photography at tarmac and airport perimeter. Didn't see Zurich have these problems. Got dedicated lense holes summore on the fence.
  7. Umm............ (Hint) TF is Initials of AK CEO's name.
  8. Here's some samples. "I have given my oath to god." "I'm married. With erectile-dysfunction." "I eat different kind of meal." "Call mommy and everything will be okay." "The safest place when you're scared is hide under the blanket." "Here. Sleeping Pill. Never leave home without it. "
  9. They got invited by TF actually. Stated earlier in this thread.
  10. Bet he feel the losses is overwhelming for him...if FY take over at East Malaysia, it's not really much of a problem with operation. Everything is there for FY readily.
  11. Wow...looks like some dude at flydamnit.com pandai-pandai (smarta$$) claim himself post up the video... Hmm.. So sad... Plagiarism http://forum.flydamnit.com/index.php?topic...msg7800#msg7800 Whether I should put up something like MW.com in the youtube video description...but I wonder why my 6th sense tells me not to... (maybe due to it would drag MW.com into copyright issues?)
  12. Thanks for sharing, love all the F50 shots Pieter although the color scheme for the seat cover is a bit dark like AirAsia. (hmm maybe I get used to MH seat covers) But I can see FAX will use dark scheme too one day if F50 stay with them in a long run. Keep the Dutch F50 comin' here *drools* OHH and show some main gears, 6 blades and tails Pleaaassseeee~~~ I wonder if F50 are easy to get in storage and deserts these days.... or are they as valuable and wanted as F70.
  13. Wow Foo, Great Shots!! These shots are priceless, as usual MW is faster than press. We only get to see it on TV at Buletin 1.30 later.
  14. As you all know that yesterday 2nd April marks the 10 years anniversary of MAS B772 (9M-MRA) Super Ranger flew across the globe with only fuel stopping at SZB (KUL back then). No need for me to get into details about it already So for that, I have uploaded the documentary MALAYSIA Nonstop: The Boeing 777 Story on youtube for all MWingers viewing pleasure despite some of you may have seen or have it already. Time flies isn't it? Enjoy Part 1: Part 2: Part 3: Part 1 and Part 2 is up and cleared audio sync checking. Part 3 is uploaded but still encoding on Youtube server side. So you'll have to wait a while until it is up. Not sure if the audio is in sync or not. I'll reupload later if it does occur. Sharing is caring.
  15. B767 and A310 are tilted down as well. So it wasn't new But the fuselage "3 by 3" gears like 777 are tilted down instead of up is new though.
  16. plenty of lease source out there, GECAS, other airline company, deserts, ILFC.......etc Lets wait for the official statement from MH
  17. well in every aircraft indeed carry some body bag onboard, but I still dunno the cabin and flight crew procedure for such incident. Maybe Capts and F/Os here can share some light about it.
  18. Go A.net and search for rego 9M-MZA and 9M-MZB. Those in MAS for at least 10 years and above knows about it. It does land at BKI back then and park at Bay 6 head on towards the terminal and staff are unloading cargo through the wide cargo door. Ohh the old days...
  19. If they put it like that, they shouldn't sell the two B733F away back then.
  20. To those who have sent their resume, I wish you guys good luck! Hope good news from AK will come to you soon. The date has just closed.
  21. Is there anyone here applying for a position mentioned above in AirAsia? I'm applying one too but sending the resume through email. I'm currently unsure whether they want the resume in MS Word format in an attachment or they wanted a plain text comprehensive resume in the email. Hmmm....
  22. Raj U know MH used to operate 10 of them right? FAX took 7 of them hence the 3 left over ones got dump at SZB all the way from Borneo. Sigh...
  23. Congrats to you Sanjay, wish everything goes smoothly for ya. Hmm..more and more Mwinger becomes Pilot already hehe
