As kenneth said - this is only an early rendering - so nothing is set in stone yet. Even then i am more appreciative of this design. i can say that 90% of my walking will be covered - something like how airasia flights are like right now. And the big jets will be closer to the terminal than currently is, so it wouldnt be a long walk to the planes. If you check the render again - the building under the trees looks suspiciously like multi-storey carpark to me - complete with the roundabout driveways to get to the subsequent floors.And because the terminal is next to the MTB like i speculated before - extending the KLIA express line would be much simpler and cheaper. The bus ans taxi stands i suspect would be like the one currently used in MTB - the system i mean. Maybe. All are pure speculation at this point of time.

We have a malaysian registered 727 still running? Ah. I forgot the 727 is a trijet. thought it was a 717.

Does anybody can confirm the DHL (i think) plane in the SAS hanger a B717? I see a Trijet....and yellow, with a red logo.

AH. Its a 752. Cant really see much with my kitlens and also the road dips infront of the weather station so i cant really see much. Anybody's guess that its the same 752 that came last time around?

Did anybody noticed that the Delta plane is back? Saw it parked next to Lion air's second 747 infront of hangar 6. i THINK its a 767 winglet, but i may be wrong.

they are buying the 737-800. 35 of them infact, with options for another 20. And yes, they are replacing the 400 with the 800

Actually they are kind of fickle minded these couple of days - yesterday, in the morning, they were using 14L/14R, and then in the evening they used back 32L/32R

hey guys, during a random drive by jalan pekekliling, i saw several things at the hangars: 1. A T7 was outside hangar six, with its port side windows all covered with some blue plastics? any speculations on what it may be? Also saw those maintainence mats - like the ones the workshop use to cover your car's front body panels - under each openable cockpit windows 2. The Raider bird being left in the open infront of the SAE hangar. This is around 3:40 or so like that. Also, the Beredar team has a new arsenal - two men on a scrambler rather than the truck.

I am putting my vote to have this queen to replace the T7 we have as MWings's header image.

I think there are mostly legal binding that is preventing MAS to 'undo' their order with airbus. We dont really know WHAT is in the agreement the two companies signed on the confirmation of getting the A380

Wow, for once MAS's planes looks sparkling clean! Also, i just noticed that Airbus's WB aircrafts has a...lets say it as a slant towards the nose while Boeing's have a level body. Or ami just seeing things here?
