Pieter, I drive the Rio quite a lot...takes a while though tongue.gif

ICAO for Gingin is YGIG, so its common here just to call it GIG (maybe its faint hope!) tongue.gif

Sandeep, I thought showing you Jesus (carrying a cross) in GIG was enough! tongue.gif laugh.gif biggrin.gif

(sorry best I could do given its choice of parking). The long bird, Beech 1900D VH-FWA was hidden next to her. Will attempt at a later date, as with the other King Airs based on the field, however they were all out of the way today! mad.gif Oh and won't forget the RFDS birds down at JAD.

Thanks Pieter. #1 VH-XAE is an absolute truck! It consistently goes u/s, has a pink beacon and boasts one of the most distinct sounds i've heard. Goes most nights to Port Hedland with the early edition of the daily paper and some perishable products.

FYI that -MPJ's fin jutting up amongst the 712's, the 73H and the heat haze.

Know what you mean: we had a similar model here once, PH-NLR, doing the ILS-checks...still can recall the drone of these engines smile.gif smile.gif
