flee 5 Report post Posted October 26, 2012 PETALING JAYA: AirAsia Bhd will not exercise a call option to increase its 16% stake in AirAsia X Bhd, as it wants to focus its resources on its short haul business. In a filing with Bursa Malaysia , AirAsia said that the option, which expires on Oct 28, was pursuant to the terms of the agreement dated Sept 13, 2007 for the subscription of shares in AirAsia X.
