Ewan Shamsudin 0 Report post Posted June 6, 2007 I was in Surabaya last week. Met some friends there and we went to several spots around the airport! Indonesia is indeed classic heaven! First spot, on the roof of Fahmi's place... The chair provides the much needed elevation. We are on the highest spot in the neighbourhood. Yay!! Excellent place to catch birds on finals for Rwy 10. First catch. Blurry and out of focus... too excited... hahah Lion looking fierce Batavia's Victor-Charlie A319. Do they send this bird for KCH sector? Pak Adam's Kilo-Lima. Regular visitor to SUB. 10X daily from CGK. Gotta lurve the B732 engines painted in orange!! Luuuuuuurrrrvvvvveeeeeee the long classic MD in simple Wings colour! Indonesia AirAsia B733. More of her sisters will be joining later to grace Indonesian sky... Garuda's Citylink in artistic colours, as if to brighten the dull cloudy sky that day. Hardworking Sriwijaya's superclassic B732! Another Adam on newer B734 Thanks. next... second spot: Blok N.

Fitri Shukri 0 Report post Posted June 8, 2007 Humble yet single??? How can those two attributes be contrastive? :help: Hehehhehe.... It takes two or more "running-around-the-house-and-up-and-down-the-stairs" children to humble even the toughest men

Ewan Shamsudin 0 Report post Posted June 8, 2007 Sam, you asked for it... We then moved to the end of Rwy 10 near the fence. An access road to the airport terminal runs across. Inscription found at the spot. Caution, woman ghost at night. Could see the Merpati workshop from here too bad the vegetation blocks the view of the a/cs Here it comes... Belly of a Lion Tail of a lion Belly of a Batavian lass heheheh Belly of Mbak Sri Then we really had to make a move. It was going to be a very heavy downpour at Juanda!! Scaryy..... Then we proceeded to the terminal. And got caught in the rain on the way there.
