Perhaps the aircraft would have been stuffed full with "self loading cargo" (=pax!) and possibly quite a bit of accumulated shopping from the previous legs of their RTW trip. But the bird would not have required a full tank of Jet A1 to do the SDK-Vietnam run. Just my thoughts BC, you should have taken a day off and flew to Sandakan that day You kidding, I can't even take a day off to do spotting at BKI !! This is not a bad idea actually, Sepilok is a great place to get away from the city life. Chances are the male orang utans will dislike you because you will be more or less like the king there and lets just hope the female orang utans won't get turned on thats all.
