A CO 737 engine suck a man into the engine, oh lord I received a photo of the El-Paso accident. I think i will keep it to myself, i'm sure you don't want to see it. it's so ogrish. one acident that very disturbing to me is when a Pilatus PC-7 crash over kemaman. i was there and i was 5 that time. the pilot died and i actually get to see the body of the pilot because i was there when they pull out the plane from the river and then pull out the body from the twisted cockpit. he'e almost headless. Min Chun 0 Report post Posted May 7, 2006 According to the investigation report, the accident was probably caused by the pilot's poor in-flight decision-making and failure to follow standard operating procedures. The report also pointed out the failure of the co-pilot to alert the captain of unsafe manoeuvres or take over control of the aircraft. Caused by poor in-flight decision-making..They should have go around earlier rather than touched down 500m before the end of 2200m runway..R.I.P
