On a similar note I was on MH1 and sat opposite to the crew seat. Phone was already in plane mode while listening to some music while we're holding short. The cabin crew opposite to me pointed at me and said 'excuse me you need to off it', didn't understand what she meant before actually realising she wanted me to turn my phone off, LOL, off it?!!? somebody needs to brush up on their English a little bit.

That sign looks Subang-ish, wished they'd made it similar to KLIA ones.

How did the captain climb vigorously? Was he rocking the wings or he himself was rocking sideways left and right in his seat? LOL sorry couldn't resist

What could possibly be the cause? Too hard of a landing? Aircraft somehow stalled and dropped from higher than flare height? Bad bounce/porpoising perhaps?

I'd say good riddance. these kids are too much of a nuisance some times.

Wrong. I was surprised there are no inseat phones on the A380. Asked how to use the phone and the crew scrambled to figure it out returning only to tell it isn't available. Can't believe the airline overlooked this on their flagship airplane. Come on... Then again one can argue nobody uses the inseat phone anyway...

Is it just me or there's no in-seat phone on the 380 upper deck, or economy for that matter?

Those are rather harsh words Mohd. I'm a silent member, been reading your wonderful trip reports insiders scoops etc they are wonderful and thanks for that but I am actually quite surprised this came from you. Had it been sarcasm instead of this it would've sounded a bit more tactful.
