I'll take SIA for example. They outsource it to India I believe, and it is simply terrible. Booking a flight is a pain and the staff have bad communication skills. It may save the airline money, but if not handled well, the quality will be compromised.

Won't call it overdue. It has AVOD, decent legroom and recline, though it could do with legrests. What's overdue are their premium products. SQ's new J is even comparable to their F!
