How many hours are you going to spend at DFW airport? It is pity you are coming on Friday, if not, I can show you around the airport. Try the sky train and check out the new terminal D. You can get some Europe and South America traffics as well as AA B777 in the middle of the day. Of course, Houston is busier than DFW for international arrivals wise

No hope to catch the Martinair B744F at DFW as Martinair dropped the route. However, I did manage to snap a few Martinair MD-11F to add to my collection.
