You reminded me of something funny. Last time when I board my flight from BKI to BTU in raining day, we all drop the umbrella before we go onboard as you mentioned. It was F50, so when I come near to the a/c, somehow the queue stopped, so we had to wait outside under heavy rain and wind! Few people in front of me was a lady in mini skirt, and she was standing on the stair, remember I said strong wind? The guy collecting the umbrella, look up with his big eyes open... Even when the queue starts moving, he follows... So ladies, the morale of the story is, please lar why wear so short??

Hello all, just want to share a few pictures of mine taken while I was in BKI. Enjoy! Oops, who were in town!? OT a bit, Mt Kinabalu. Dedicated to Uncle Pieter!! The following were taken while waiting my flight back to BTU, One side of the terminal is 'closed', Golden Club Class lounge further down The other side Some spotting inside terminal, MH 777 bound for Japang. I believe this is where the MH's 737 mishap with catering truck happened, the cross way. Part of terminal and runway extension construction site Twin Otter with 777 9M-MMZ being prepared for flight bound from KL, from Manila. Last but not lease, 9M-MGA, the oldest F50 in MH fleet, arrives. Departs to KCH via SBW later. Our a/c is no where to be found, delay!! Enjoy folks, sorry for poor quality pics.

Hello all, I was browsing Google earth and noticed something, as we all know Malaysia is separated by South China Sea. And there are some tiny islands lie between these 2 places. There is an island called Kepulauan Riau, and I noticed there is an airport there! So here come my questions, if there is an emergency occur inflight while the plane in overflying South China Sea, take BKI-KUL vv for example, can the plane land there? I remember reading somewhere that the plane has to go back even it's in the middle. Does anybody knows any airline serves this tiny island? The runway isn't too short, my rough measuring it is 2.5km. One of the route that I'm sure they will introduce is BKI-LBU, it's in their "scratch & go" list, and MH ticket agent told me.

Hey Sung, any update for this a/c?

We should start writing to MH asking for the discount! I'm really interested on what was his point of getting these privileges. It's interesting! Why MH granted him in the first place? We can see how shameless a person can be, always blame other for not being "fair". Are you fair enough?

How about the flight path? Last time it used to be direct flights during CNY but the flight path is still almost the same as before, that's mean they have to fly down south to Hong Kong first before heading up north to China. Only like recently they introduced the real 'direct' flight during CNY.

The machine is used to scan things behind clothes, but to what extend? How if they scan under those weapon behind clothes as well? Like they missed the weapon but directly to the naked body?
